This dress came super fast first off. It came days prior to the earliest expected time. It was also packaged like new and neat. So the dress itself is even nicer than the picture. So sequined and well made! Yes, it has tulle under the skirt but I will probably be adding something under for more fluff. The hat fit well and I have thick hair but it may be cutting it close with a wig. I’m 146 pounds and 5”5”. Dress fits well though a little loose in the chest but that’s my own problem. The chest is a nice padding as well. A little stretch in the material makes me think I also could have gone with a medium. The skirt comes a few inches above my thigh. Couldn’t be happier.
